The House
Designed and built in compliance with the Green Building standards,
the house offers a spectacular view on the green landscape, the Apennines and the Cimone Mount.
The house is bright and airy thanks to many windows, terraces, arches and roof windows
which let the natural sunlight in.
A stone tower stands out in the structure, which recalls the ancient manors.
The ceilings are made of oak and fir beams and terracotta tiles; the floors are made of terracotta tiles
or wooden parquet. All these materials, as well as the plasters, give the rooms a particular warmth.
"Antiche Vie B&B" is a family residence. The rental rooms have a private entrance.
The 4 rooms, located on 2 floors, are spacious and comfortable and offer simple furnishings.
Each unit includes a private spacious bathroom with shower;
one of them offers an accessible bathroom, suitable for disabled people.
A fully equipped kitchen, including electric appliances, is also available upon request,
for a minimum stay of 3 days.
Guests can enjoy their breakfast at the ground floor. There is a common reading area
and a small indoor swimming pool, available during summertime, upon request.
During the summertime, guests can relax in the beautiful sunny solarium situated in the green garden.
Tv and free Wi-Fi are also provided.

Cinzia, who was born and has always lived there, is the nice and friendly owner who will welcome you at Antiche Vie B&B; she can suggest the best itineraries to discover the territory and will accompany you during the guided tour at a dairy farm, giving you the opportunity to attend the hand-made processing of the BIO Parmiggiano Reggiano Cheese, or in an “Acetaia” where the
world-wide famous Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is produced.
